Our Mission
Founded in April 1992, with a mission to provide a support network for retirees and a communication link back to the parent company Conoco has expanded to include Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips retirees since the "Merger of Equals" in 2002 between Conoco and Phillips 66.
CRA Supports
- CRA Board plans and coordinates CRA social and CRA volunteer events providing interaction and community outreach projects.
- CRA Board communicates information we believe is important to the retiree and their significant other.
- CRA seeks to provide informational events and assistance in navigation of Social Security & Company Retiree Benefits.
Helping Hands - Building Minds
Supporting community literacy at Garfield Elementary is not just an abstract concept – it requires direct communication and assistance. That’s why our volunteers work hard to develop relationships with the children and teachers at Garfield thru the Partners in Education (PIE)
program and Book Buddy Program.
