President

• Runs the monthly meeting.
• Sets CRA agenda for year.
• Appoints and delegates the activities of the organization
• Ensures that tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Develop ways to improve meetings, projects, and attendance.
• Goal setting for results- goals must be clear and attainable. 
• Establish a climate of enthusiasm, openness, and concern. 
• Board meetings are well planned and organized, flows smoothly, starts and ends on time
• Keeping members informed utilzing the different CRA committees. 
• Encourage members to run for CRA Officers and Board positions.



Vice President

• Maintain and ensure the By-Laws of the organization.
• Meetings and operational analysis for continuous improvement in the club's goals.
• Plans and schedules the October General Session (working with the President)
• Recruiting and retaining- make certain all members are active and involved throughout the year.
• Assists and ensures members apply for their community volunteer grants.  (primary source of funding for the association)

Treasurer

• Maintains the financial records of the organization.
• Pays the bills
• Develops the yearly budget for the organization
• Manages the yearly budget
• Reports monthly to the CRA Board current financial obligations and remaining budgetary constrains. 
• Assures outside audits of CRA financial records are completed annually. 
• Responsible for taxes being filed.
